The White-throated Quail-Dove (Geotrygon frenata) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. At 28-32 in (11–13 in) long and a weight of 305 grams (10.8 oz.), this is the largest quail-dove and is one of the larger South American pigeons.
